"Kesington Woods has been an amazing place to live. I got my studio apartment last November on short notice, and I am so thankful for all of the help I have received! Sally, the Property Manager, has been AMAZING with helping me with what I need given my mobility issues that I have. I couldn't ask for a better Property Manager! And Maintenance? Maintenance has been amazing, too! Any time I have asked for something fixed, they have been right there to do it with barely any delay. I have already told people around me if you're looking for a place, please give Kensington Woods a look!"

"I have lived at Kensington Woods for almost a year now and I am glad I moved here. The manager Sally is awesome, they are lucky to have her! Also the maintenance and grounds crew…..Chris, Shane, Dan and Matt (these are the people I have had I redactions with, I know there are more) are also great. I have lived in several apartments in different states and when you have a bunch of humans all gathered close together, you will have normal issues occasionally. So far the only issue I have ever had was someone opened my vehicle and went through all of my things. They didn’t actually take anything, but I also didn’t have anything of value in my vehicle. I have been pleasantly surprised with the water pressure, it has never been weak and I have never run out of hot water. The public washing machine upstairs broke once, but it was promptly repaired. They have the halls cleaned regularly and the valet trash service is nice. This complex is in a great location and right next to a cool park and public pool. The amount I pay for rent is reasonable compared to other locations around the city. I hope this helps people decide if this is the right place for them to live, I know it is the right place for me."
