"The maintenance is terrible guy is a joke doesn't do nothing.if you put in a work order you have to wait for ever.they keep the laundry rooms locked 24/7 so you can't wash your clothes.the hallways are so gross trash everywhere. the maintenance guy doesn't even know how to patch a hole.the tenants they don't care about .their is homeless people that sleep in the hallway all the time.they don't care about your safety your"

"Worst place to live .. very unhealthy environment for everyone especially children .. huge mice infestation I called twice to get maintenance out to fix my grandmothers backed up sink and still no one has showed up to fix that .. there is a huge whole under my grandmothers bathroom sick and toilet allowing mice to get in apartment…the mice are eating through the walls and floor .. laundry room in 1876 s 74th street is always filthy and flooded!! There is also a huge opening in the ceiling in the laundry room caused by a flood it’s been there for months no one has even tried to fix it also the hallways are very filthy and the door handle to the main door is always broken due to unwanted non residents .. I can go on and on about these apts but I’d rather just call legal aid !!"

"This is the most unsafe environment for 2 and 3 year olds.. My children are gonna end up either hanging themselves with the mini blinds or getting shocked because i have to put plugs in the wall in their room to see at night.. Normally the light switch on the wall would control a light in the ceiling but does it? No it controls a plug which my 2 and 3 year olds can mess with and eventually will get shocked touching it.. I haven't even lived here a month and I'm so scared for my children's safety it's keeping me up all night.."

"My Wife and I are seperated. She moved into this place. The management staff is so unprofessional. Sandy treats the tenants with disrespect all the time. She has violated my wife's tenant rights by taking her apartment keys and evicting her without legal procedings. My wife cant get her things out of the apartment because she states my wife needs too make appointments to get her things out. I dont recommend this property too anyone."
