"Lyly is an extremely kind and patient person. Thanks to her, my mom and I are so excited to move into our new home!"
"So I've lived here for 3-ish years now and I'd say I've had a very middle of the road experience. Overall, it's been fine. I like the area I'm in and the apartment is decent. Ashley has been really cool since day 1 and mainly my favorite part. A perk I really appreciate is 1 free professional carpet cleaning a year. The maintenance is also usually very on top of things. I know they are working to improve their facilities constantly whether that be from changing the old windows out to new working sliding windows or installing new HVAC systems. I feel bad for having complaints, but I feel as though it's important to be very straight forward. The issues I've had with this place are reoccurring otherwise I'd probably give it more stars. The first that really grinds my gears was for like 3 furnace filter change visits I was accused of hiding a cat in my apartment. I used to have a cat, but it died like a month or two before I moved in. I had a leftover "tidy cats" liter bucket that I've kept and when I got my dog, used it to store her dog food. From that reason alone I was accused 3 separate times of hiding a cat (not by Ashley, she was cool). After the first time I set the record straight I hoped it was done. Then it happened a second time and I was frustrated, but I emailed photo evidence of the dog food in the bucket. The 3rd time I was accused I was fed up and honestly rather rude to the person handling the situation, however after being accused of going against my lease when I was always very straight forward made me angry. Hopefully that accusations will finally stop this time. The other thing is, I have water drip into my bathroom from the ceiling above my shower. Every few months I call maintenance and they always come out and fix it, but it's rather annoying that I wake up to a puddle of water on my bathroom floor and I can only imagine how much mold could be above my shower. That being said, bathrooms can be wet and moldy, it's kind of a part of life."
"I lived there for five years. It was my first apartment I’ve ever lived in, and the office/maintenance people were helpful and kind. I had an amazing view of Johnny Goodman golf course. Pond with wildlife all around."
"I lived here for years. Switched buildings and it went downhill. From a bat being in my bedroom the week I moved in, to constant black mold issues (they later charged me from my deposit despite constant complaints and not being able to get it clean), months with a washer full of old Rusty water, my AC/heater unit leaking, the garages with openers are illegally installed… Mr Maintenance man said it himself that they’d fail an inspection, my biggest complaint is the fear of being in a mold infested home for the first half of my pregnancy. That and we had it written on our lease that there were piss stains all over the carpet the day we moved in, and they still charged us for that out of the deposit. Lastly, the lease was incorrect the entire time… upon moving in I listed 3 animals, 2 which qualified under emotional support. We got threatened to be evicted because we had 3 dogs (several times) when it is was ON THE LEASE, and we had been paying for 2 (illegal). This place is ghetto, gross, unhealthy, and they’ll have you sign a stupid mold addendum. Unfortunately my first apartment was never this bad, it’s the second one that was a heaping pile of everything threatening my health…."
"Do not move here! I really regret moving here. The apartment is old and a lot of noise with the air conditioner. Some bugs in the carpet. The gym is poorly equipped and even the emergency phone is broken. Besides, they never water the lawn. When you move out, they will find kinds of causes and charges to not return your deposit. You will even owe them after carefully cleaning. The purpose is to not returning the deposit. So disappointing!!!"
