"Currently live here, on my second yea; great place. The Apts are super spacious. Quiet, hidden and well maintained. I can’t say anything negative. Room for improvement; maybe dishwashers and door entry with buzzers vs nothing. Overall I will and have referred people here."

"Just signed my lease and I feel stuck! Hell, I am stuck for 1 year!!! Walls are paper thin and the floor feels like if I jumped too hard the floor would cave in, I am too fat to tip toe around my apartment but you hear every step when walking on that floor! I am partially handicapped and was told the garage would be available at move in so they give a handicapped person a garage on the other side of the complex and there is no where to plug in my mobile electric chair! I was lied to! There is no handicapped parking so I pray this year passes quickly and I hope they fix things!"

"Bel Court Apartments are the worse apartments ever. Not enough parking, you can hear everything your neighbors do,no dishwasher and if you pay pet deposit to have pets the apartments keep it. Also when you move they charge you for everything even if you attempted to clean. Don't move there!"
