"Just moved my parents into the Residence of Autumn Sage, in Abilene, Texas. I couldn’t be happier with not only the unit, but, the whole community is friendly, and they look out for one another. Kimberly Hall was truly amazing in helping to guide my sister and I through the whole process. She cares about each individual resident, and it shows. The complex is clean and well maintained. I feel very fortunate to have found a place for my parents, that offers not only safety, but also activities they can participate in, if they choose."

"Should be zero stars, this place will continue you to overcharge and fraudulent charges. My heating bill was sometimes $600 set on 68 how on earth is that considered low income when that bill alone is like paying rent, I lived on the third floor, no washer or dryer in the unit, so I would have to take my kids and my laundry and pay for that too. Ugh absolutely horrible experience."

"Oh where do I even start?! If I can rate them, zero stars, I would. The most unprofessional unorganized company i’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From losing my rent check, then trying to hold me accountable for it, to entering my unit without good reason or 24 hour notice. You can never get a hold of somebody in property office or incorporate office."

"Absolutely ridiculous if you’re a person with a disability, don’t believe the fact that you could do the affordable housing option on their website. I literally just got done calling seven places to set affordable housing and refuse to accept a person with a disability because they’re 62 or older requirements. So it looks like you have a disability and you want to rent from these people they basically place you in a dangerous Part of town Affordable housing to means reasonable housing. Not for these guys exactly why there’s a two star rating and now I hopefully help that rating go down the toilet with my one star rating. I’ve known this company for a while, and I have seen where they Over person over for $2000 and I literally was giving them a second chance but they’re still the same multi million dollar worthless company they have always been The CEO should be ashamed of their self for running an operating such such a worthless company but because they have fat pockets, they don’t care. But if you’re disability, and they tell you to go look for affordable housing, does literally a lie so I guess disabilities for them or a pick and choose kind of thing…."

"The management team at Glenbrook apartments are awful! They are always locking their office and hardly answer their phones! Now they're making all of us at Fairfield West sign a paper to move to different units or we're evicted!! NOT for emergency, but so they can remodel!! Some of us have lived here for over 10 years!! We don't want to change our mailing address, billing addresses or any of that! Other management companies would remodel as people move out NOT force people to move to another unit! Trash management company! If you "strive for excellent service", you're not doing a great job! I mean look at your reviews, seriously!!"
