"Nothing but amazing things to say about Lynnsey, Gina, Briana, and Cody (maintenance!) Every time I enter the office I am greeted with a smile and a friendly hello! I have mostly dealt with Lynnsey who is always friendly and answers my many questions quickly and efficiently. Maintenance is quick to complete work orders and the complex is well maintained. I would highly recommend Elk Hills to anyone looking for a new place to live!"
"Alejandra, Gina, Lynnsey, Cody and Brianna (Elk Hills office and maintenance staff) are EXCELLENT! My family and I have lived here for 7 months and immediately, everyone got to know us by name and apartment number (when they sort out packages). ALL are always in a cheerful and upbeat mood, always welcoming and kind. I previously lived in West Hampton Park Apartments and there's NO comparison. West Hampton staff were rude, were never on top of maintenance calls or emails and never made an effort to get to know me. Elk Hills Apartments are TRULY the best place I've ever had the pleasure of calling home."
"The Elk Hills Apartments are clean and spacious. We have not experienced any floor noise yet. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and helpful. The potential improvement of Elk Hills Apartments may be the renovation of the apartment gym. If they can provide more accessible and larger gym, that would be great. Overall, I highly recommend the Elk Hills Apartments."

They have very spacious apartments and the maintenance tech is very friendly and helpful with my apartment maintenance.
