"I lived at Ravello for about 15 months and it was such a great apartment (Torres floor plan) that felt more like a home than apartment. My dog and I both met many friends. Management and and maintenance staff were all friendly and helpful. The community was so beautiful, too. I will miss it!"

"Very poor quality and rushed. There are cracks in the ceiling and where the chandelier is that I know of 2 of them have a crack/hole right next to them. The doors are installed strange, where a few doors don’t even shut all the way, including front doors on occasion. It makes it tough to ensure safety, and there’s BARELY any parking space. Their ‘dog park’ is absolutely microscopic, and their road into the ‘neighborhood’ in front of the club house has a terrible blind spot where you have to hope no one is coming around the corner. They can be rather spacious depending on your choice of building, but NOT AT ALL WORTH THE PRICE!!! PRICES ARE GOING UP FOR CHEAP BUILDS!"

"Horrible experience with the neighbors, leasing office, and staff. I’ve made noise complaints for loud music and footsteps at late hours of the night and have had no help. My lease has half a year left and I can’t break it without an insane cost. I do not recommend these apartments for a home."

"Great apartment for 4 years. Excellent staff especially maintenance. Very prompt to address any issues. First floor one bedroom with attached garage. Only issue I had were very noisy not nice neighbor above for last 6 months. Would highly recommend due to quiet private, new appliances and internet included. Moved because of my health/age."

"Unfortunately, we have experienced the results from huge oversites from the initial inspection of construction. A leak in our garage resulted in finding a cap from a main waste pipe was missing which meant the waste from an upstairs toilet had been leaking into our garage for over a year. Due to the moisture, a ton of black mold was found after cutting into the wall. I had to fight for this to be taken care of correctly and acknowledgement that this is disgusting and an extremely unhealthy environment. The recommendation from management was to leave our garage door open for 4 days while a restoration company fixed the problem, which is completely unsafe considering there is only one lock from the door leading into our apartment. Bottom line is this is a major health concern and I shouldn't have to pay full price or fight to fix the issue causing an unhealthy environment. In response to below, this same situation happened again in a totally different area. Again, lots of mold behind the wall. This time I did not hear from the manager once during the 3 weeks it took to fix the issue. Maintenance entered our apartment unannounced several times, which is completely inappropriate. No compensation are anything for the time and stress."
