"My neighors smoke in their unit just about daily. Apartment staff have been made aware of this and informed each time it occurs, but they haven’t done anything concrete to actually address the issue. One or two neighbors are suspected of smoking directly inside their unit. This is a lease violation, a health and safety concern, and impacts my apartment with cigarette odor when I have never smoked in my life. This apartment complex had a major fire about 1 year ago now and damaged multiple units of the building. The fire was caused by a cigarette. These frequent complaints to the apt. staff about the cigarette odor should be huge red flags. The neighbors smoke alarm went off as well. Its only a matter of time before something devastating happens."

"The pictures are from the 3 months I've lived here. Autumn Grove staff said it was ordinary wear and tear and didn't repair anything until I researched statutes and wrote several demand letters. Every appliance broken or unusable. Dishwasher drain not connected, so the water leaked straight through the walls. Every sink either completely clogged or leaked. Absolute filth in a way I've never seen before. Bug infestation. They had to refund the time I had to find other housing when the apartment didn't meet the minimum fit and habitable condition required by Nebraska statute, like providing running water, and then acted like that was a huge gift to me. I escalated to Lund Company's Senior VP of Residential Property Management to try to get some help. Unfortunately, she wasn't willing to offer anything more than what was initially offered, which was MINIMAL at best, and grossly insulting. The way Autumn Grove and Lund Company treat tenants is inhumane. If you have the misfortune of living here, Nebraska Legal Aid has a Landlord/Tenant Handbook you can find online that can help with the initial demand letters before having to move forward with hiring an attorney. There are no words to define the emotional toll this has taken and the absolute disrepair of this property. Please don't move here. You mind end up in this unit."

"I have always felt that Autumn Grove Apts had the best of what life could possibly offer all in one living space! The Management Team led by Miranda whose leadeship qualities shows throughout. I guess after twenty years you could there's no place like home!"

"Staff is absolutely amazing! They are some of the nicest staff I have worked with in a long time. I was reading previous reviews on the staff and am thoroughly confused........ I unfortunately didn't end making the move to autumn grove due to work but chloe is SO detail orientated, attentive, straight forward and was so patient with me during the process. if i have the chance to ever officially move to the city, autumn grove will be my first choice!!!!"

"OH boy where to start!! 1 moved in Jan 2019 apx 3 weeks later had ants. 2 along about March 2019 both bedrooms and living room flooded took them about 4 weeks to clean the mess up, NO new carpet, had to sleep in the living room on air beds, finally got mad enough contacted Lund, the office manager finally offered us a model to stay in, needless to say shortly later like 2 days they finished up our apt. 3 microwave breaks down, 2 weeks later I get a used one which I had to clean 4 patio door litteraly comes off in my hand, 6 WEEKS b4 that got done and had to ask twice 5 came home from work breezeway was power washed and gunk that resemble sewage is all over our front door, contacted them to have them clean it and Im still waiting its been apx 6 weeks now! Still NOT cleaned 6 dryer breaks down, still wating its been 2 weeks as of Sunday! Notified Lund , nothing as of yet, we started looking already for another place. Very dissapointed, considering the amount of rent we pay! Mind you we have only been here 8 Months and have endured all these problems already. God only knows what is in store for us here during the rest of our 5 month lease!! NOT HAPPY, DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! NO COMPENSATION FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS GONE WRONG OR THE LONG WAIT FOR SOMETHING TO BE FIXED!!! THE PHOTOS ADDED ARE FROM THE FLOOD, PLUS THEY BROKE OUR BEDROOM WINDOWS AND ALSO I FORGOT I CAME HOME AND THE DOOR YOU SEE THAT IS TORE UP IS OUR FRONT DOOR, IT LEAKS FROM UPSTAIRS WHEN IT RAINS AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT, SO EVERY TIME IT RAINS IT LOOKS LIKE THIS AND ALSO THE WATER SEEPS UP FROM THE FLOOR, I HAD A PUDDLE OF WATER IN THE DOOR WAY DURING THE FLOOD!!!"
