"I moved in recently and at first I was confused about the paying rent but when I walked into the office the manager “Elex” helped me out how to pay it online. Multiple times I have forgotten my mail key and ask him for help and with a kind and sometimes jokes around attitude helps me without hesitation. It is nice to have a friendly face like Elex’s managing the park that also wants to improve it."

"Not the nicest park. Clearly the tenants don't care about their property. But I've been desperate to get a place. I spoke to "Katie" on social media and she was very nice and friendly. Told me to call and speak with "Elex", however when I did, he was extremely rude. Told me unless I was renting 'today' there was no point in meeting/looking at a place. How would I know if I was going to rent today If I don't get to see them if I don't get to discuss pricing, If I don't get to discuss the rent to own option. Told me I needed to have 50k up front otherwise he couldn't do anything for me. When I called back and left a message I never heard anything again. Elex needs to step up."

"This is a large trailer court. But they are doing an amazing job of cleaning it up and putting in brand new mobile homes in for people to live in"

"Shelly is very friendly with all that come through the door also so helpful she is doing an amazing job but I do feel she is under appreciated from the manager and regional manager"

"It's a nice place. When we first moved in we heard it wasn't at one time very nice but management has cleaned it up apparently. I enjoy the area. Lots of dogs barking but other than that it is pretty quite."
