"Rooms are not very well cleaned. Microwave was very disgusting There was pizza dripped down the front of the dresser. There was no way I was even touching the hair dryer as it had not been wiped down for a very long time. The bathroom light fixture had at least a couple years dust build up. And I could go on."

"This hotel has so much potential but the little details hold it back. Beer bottles and broken asphalt in the unkept grass is disappointing. Whoever did the concrete work out front did a terrible job as the wet concrete is all over the front brick under the guest room windows. Cigarette buts and general dirt under the front awning can easily be picked up. Other exterior cosmetic detailed cleanup could turn this into a showstopper. The rooms are a good price and are lovely and have every detail we needed. The young lady at checkin was very pleasant and kind."

"Terrible experience with this hotel. First, I entered the room and noticed a mildew smell. Later, I would find out why. I made reservations for 3 nights paid in advance. Clerk stated the pool was closed during the day, open 5 to 10. Rain started outside, and the ceiling started leaking, and this was the second floor. Went to front desk, clerk didn't know what to do. I asked for a different room and was declined, She offered me towels. I needed buckets, hense the mildew smell. Second night was 4th of July. Fireworks in parking lot filled hallways with smoke, there is no circulation of air. Smoke alarms went off, and the hotel was evacuated. Eventually, firefighters cleared the hotel for reentering. With a pile of towels in the room I went across the street to a different hotel and enjoyed my last night in town. Old building with many problems."

"Great place to rest. Very comfortable beds. Room was very clean. Only bad thing was the toilet handle had to be jiggledor it would run. We didn't tell front desk until after our 2 day stay thou. Breakfast was good."
