"I was bringing my dog to this place for baths and every time I was charged a different amount for the same service. I spoke with the owner who quoted me a price and after taking my dog back I was again charged a different price. I questioned the owner about the price differences and was told the girls upfront are allowed to charge what they want. My daughter also has the same issue when she bring her dogs in she specifically tell them what she would like and when she picks them up they charge for services she never requested and even some of the services included like the nail trim were not even done. We have given countless chances continuing to take our dogs back. At this point there is nothing this business could do to bring me back!!"

"I had a horrible experience here. I took my dog for a 1:00 appt. When I dropped her off I specifically told the girl, do not shave her no matter what and to call me if the groomer wanted to shave her. Around 4:15 I went to check on her because they closed at 4:30 and I had not heard from them. Essentially they must have overbooked because whey I got there, she was not even close to being done and the owner was shaving my dog almost bald when I got there. Her excuse was she’s too matted which was a lazy lie. Truth is, they wanted to go home for the day and didn’t want to give my dog the time I paid for. She left looking terrible. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or your money on these crooks."

"This is the second time I brought my German shepherd for a groom. The first time I was charged 50 this time was 75, and unfortunately, I did not really get the nail trim I requested. (They got like 2 nails- mind you my dog generally has to be coaxed in getting them done, but I should not have been charged if it couldn't be done.) His fur was soft and clean. No smell to it. The people who run the place are friendly, and there were not a bunch of dogs barking, although there were several there. I would have given 5 stars- but the exception was the charge for services not rendered. I also would have tipped more had I not been charged for the nails that weren't cut."

"Violet and her staff are amazing when it comes to the care of my 4 legged babies. My little ones are beyond well-cared-for they are loved and nurtured as if they were her own. My little ones come home happy and full of new life. Like us, when we get a haircut, we just ❤️ love! I recommend Furtastic to EVERYONE every chance I get. Here are before and afters."
