"Everyone was very friendly very nice. We bought my daughter a hedgehog. Unfortunately the hedgehog died within about a month. Very sad. My daughter is very distraught. She loved Sonica she got very sick all of the sudden we called. The lady said they couldn’t do nothing about it because pet warranty was seven days. We paid over 300$ definitely worth to see my daughter happy wish they had better pet warranty’s unfortunately, we couldn’t find a exotic vet in time she had a disease"

"Unknowledgeable staff very rude. Do not know what they're doing or anything about what they're selling. They keep all their reptiles in small tanks. The lizards can not stretch out flat because of how small the tanks are. Your patronage to this place contributes to their animal cruelty."

"This was a fun pet store. You could tell they really love the pets. It's interesting that all the men have the same haircut and beard's style. all the staff war jungle seemed uniforms, which I really enjoyed. the animals are on the expensive side. But this way, you're sure that the pet will go to a good home. That will actually value the pet. They had oxygow's they had cockatoos they had little parrots that was wonderful. This place had the most expensive Beta fish. I have ever seen $30 for a fancy Beta fish. But this place also had the best way of keeping a displaying their bed of fish I have ever seen.."

"Went in to purchase fish. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was out on the floor also and was helping people. They carry a large variety of fish and aquatic creatures. They can even special order for you. They also have a good variety of small, fuzzy animals, amphibians, and birds. I will visit here again."
