"I went to the store to shop. I usually order online then pick up in store but my $15 coupon wouldn't work. I think it was because there was another coupon already in my cart that I couldn't remove. The manager Susan was really patient and took great care of me. I really appreciate the great customer service from her and the girl who rang us up."

"I had to purchase live food but was hesitant to buy from the store again after having purchased dubia roaches ($10) and super worms (also expensive) and after bringing them home noticing a bunch were dead. This time we went in 25 mins before close and checked the live food and noticed a bunch of them were dead on top. However, I was unable to get anyone to help me before close and had to purchase anyway. I bought wax worms and dubia roaches. When getting home and pouring the wax worms into container I smelled a horrible rancid smell and noticed only a handful were still alive.most of the ones that were alive were grey in color and died over the next two days. The dubia roaches werent in much better shape. If I'm going to continue to pay premium prices I expect premium products and services and I simply haven't been getting that here. As a reoccurring customer over years for fish, reptiles and dogs I will give this place one last chance. Otherwise, I will be taking my business online elsewhere."
