"Today was the first and last time.we take our dog to Prairie Dog Grooming. When I called to schedule the appointment I told them we wanted all services plus deshedding. When he was dropped off we went over the list again. When we picked him up they had not done the deshedding. They said they didn't have the shampoo. We weren't told that when we dropped him off. If told we would have rescheduled. I don't think he was given water in the 5 hours he was there. He couldn't get enough to drink when he got home."
