"To be clear, due to my cat having a medical emergency we did not end up hiring them in the end, but in speaking to the owner I was very excited to see how knowledgeable and passionate she is about the care of cats. My cat has a urinary condition that requires quick action should he have an episode, and where other less-professional sitters would blindly agree to watch, she made sure to understand every detail of his condition and prepare me should a flareup occur while I was out of town. She was very cautious in warning me of the risk, alerting me that her visits would not necessarily be adequate confirmation of his health, and was very thorough in explaining details of medications and making suggestions even after I ended up canceling. I cannot speak to the quality of the service itself, but I would certainly come here before a petsitting board."
