"I have taken my dog Lucy 3 or 4 times. I have always had good experiences, I like the curbside option, she always smells great and seemed she had always been welcomed and taken care of. After her appointment I noticed 2 of her nails were cut too short, and the solution to numb/stop the bleeding was used. It wasn't brought to my attention upon picking her up, rather I had to inquire after I made my payment. The reason was because of my "nervous dog", I understand chihuahuas can be nervous and unpredictable. I also understand things happen. I just wish they would've handled the situation more professionally. It shouldn't be up to the client to ask about mistakes, that will cost you business. I won't be returning."
