"They lost my baby's paw print and the only thing they could tell me is I should go to my neighbors and see if they got it if not we'll they're sorry."
"I called and they said they were closed but if it was a life threatening then they might see my dog. I was told they only had 1 Dr on and there are other animals that have to have 24hr care. If they are not going to take animals that are sick and concerned pet owners don't know how to help them feel better then maybe this place should be only for animals that need 24hr care not a 24hr emergency vet hospital."
