"I came in for fish food. But was actually looking for some fish. I have never seen SO MUCH ICH in my life. I have a reef tank and freshwater tanks. The salt tanks were absolutely atrocious, riddled with ich and what looked like fungus eating away at all the fish’s fins. And the fresh tanks weren’t any better, ich and dead fish all around"

"I tried ordering 4 times online. 4 times the money was taken out of my account ( so I know that was not the problem) 4 times the order was cancelled by Petco. In trying to get my order I lost my free bag of dog food two times. I contacted CS 2 times. The 1st agent gave me a gift card for the loss of my bag of dog food in the first transaction. I to lost that because in the 2nd transaction it was used and then cancelled. The next agent told me to just call because he/she couldn’t help me. I would have done that if I had the ability to do so. My daughter got a bag of dog food for me. The rest of the items I was trying to order … I ordered from Amazon. Thanks"
