"I am happy to share I meet Wade, he was very personable, kind, easy to talk to. He listen to what I had to say and shared his knowledge and experience with the topic at hand. I look forward to working with Wade and seeing him in the future."
"Moved our son out last month. We shampooed the carpet, deep cleaned all rooms including disinfecting the restroom and kitchen, cleaned the stove and completely emptied the apartment. The apartment was left cleaner than when he moved in and were charged Trash Out Bags X 5 at $50.00 per bag, general cleaning for $150.00, plus a final Conservice bill for April and May which was paid for in rent payment. I emailed Wade Palmer the manager of the apartment pictures of each room showing how we cleaned the apartment and no trash was left, yet never received a response. We did receive a check in the mail for .77 cents out of our deposit which I think is ridiculous and so disrespectful to not even respond to the email. I also copied the general offices and received no response either."
"I have only lived here at this location for about a month. I have to say that Wade Palmer and Chris Randal have been exemplary examples of how a property should be handled for its residents. They both strive to provide this communities residents with top professionalism in their demeanor when talking with the residents. They are both honest about the process and what work that needs to be taken care of in a residents unit so that the resident is comfortable and feels safe living in this community. If you have any issues in your apartment they are honest with exactly what the problem is and solutions of how and when they complete the task. This property is ever changing and is always striving to be able to provide its residents with more amenities and improving on current amenities that are available to the residents. I have to say that in all my years renting this has been one apartment complex I would actually recommend to friends or family. Not only is staff wonderful in handling tasks but this a beautiful apartment community to live in."
"highly disappointed with administrative efforts. My vehicle was towed due to an admin error and I was not reimbursed the $400 for the tow cost. Myself and many others experienced car break-ins. Catalytic converters were routinely stolen. Bikes were stolen. Switchback's negligence and failure to intervene in any way was disheartening to say the least. Issues of theft were placed on tenants. Lastly, several important emails were not attended to by main points of contact. This was a top-down experience. I am not one to go out of my way to write a poor review (neither are many of the current students and residents) but if you are considering living at Switchback you should know the ball was dropped consistently."
"A safe and friendly place of residence. But made even better by staff like Wade Palmer, current manager. Wade is caring, intelligent, and professional at all times. Even today, late on a Friday, he insisted on staying later so that he could return my mother's wallet (which she had forgotten in the main office). An insignificant detail perhaps to some, but it was not for him. I cannot think of many people that would put in this level of effort and care into their craft, let alone before the weekend. Truly a standard of what others should strive for. Thank you Wade!"
