Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver - Littleton

"We were housed there by our insurance company after a pipe burst and flooded our home. The staff were very attentive and responsive. The maid service schedule was not clearly communicated to us up front but any and all requests for towels, cleaning and other needs were quickly and cheerfully responded to. There were three staff members who deserve special recognition. First, the assistant general manager Vincent Miller is literally on top of EVERYTHING and always helpful. He makes the place run. Josh, the maintenance guy was always attentive and kept up with snow removal and a myriad other maintenance issues. Drew, the evening desk clerk was a bright star with his cheerful, attentive and positive support, providing just about anything we needed after hours from towels, to toilet paper, to snow removal tools for our vehicle and the parking lot area around it. The Wednesday evening manager's get together in the lobby with light eats was a nice touch and opportunity to visit with other residents and staff. The biggest downside was the unneighborly behavior of the residents of the Bell Ken-Caryl Apartments next door to the hotel. Those folks blazenly walk their dogs on hotel property and refuse to clean up after them. The hotel staff tries but the sheer amount of dog refuse is impossible to keep up with. Vincent has lodged complaints with the apartment complex management but it clearly falls on deaf ears with nothing done about it."

"We are just so happy with this hotel!!! We are from TX but getting married here in June. We booked a wedding block here without visiting, but came for a visit and are SO HAPPY! The rooms are great, better than I thought. But the staff.. the staff is THE VERY BEST. Every single person that has helped me has been amazing. Tonight we reserved a regular room, but asked to see the 2 bedroom suite we reserved for June. The sales director, Aracely, took me herself. She showed me around, remembered my first name just by our block, and treated me like her friend. I want her to come to my wedding now HAHAH. I am so pleased and will recommend to all my guests!"

"This past week I hosted a sleep over party for my 10 year old daughter at the Homewood Suites. The staff was amazing. They set up a meeting room for us to have a dinner with all of our extended family before the girls night festivities. They also provided our daughter a gift which included a few snacks and a book! It was such a lovely and caring touch! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I appreciate the hospitality it was truly a pleasure. The hotel rooms can use a little modern facelift but that’s for the big dogs to manage. Thanks again to the staff!"

"Room very nice although floor in kitchen had a sticky substance left in an area and fridge must have defrosted as there was water in bottom and was nit cold. I needed to keep meds cool so had to get a lot of ice from a floor other than ours as ice machine out of order."
