"We had a business understanding in that you facilitated for us the rental of a nice property at agreeable rates, for many years, as you made clear at its adjournment. We were hardly thrilled with the quality of any services provided beyond that. The glaring issue that prompted me to write the review in the first part is the fact that after a “good relationship” you decided to go full gangster and retain nearly all of our security deposit - which in nearly 20 years of renting has never happened to us. Nonetheless, your malfeasance in the timeliness of returning our money brought into play a state statute, which we had to cite to ensure you were in accordance with, forcing you to repay the deposit in full. If a relationship was valued, it wouldn’t have ended with “we almost forgot” or “thanks for nothing”, let alone both. Customer Service? Original Review: Crooked and corrupt. Avoid business with these thieves at all costs. Owners Response: We don't understand this review. We are an ethical and customer service focused company. We had a good relationship with you over many years and only had one issue with the timing of a return deposit which was corrected promptly in your favor after your move directly after the error was brought to our attention. I'm not understanding how this makes us corrupt in any way."

"They will give you a time to tour, never show up, and completely ghost you if the property was taken. They cannot spend 30 seconds to send an email, text, or phone call to say "Sorry, it's no longer available". There is no excuse for that, even for a "small business"."
