We recently put our notice in as we are relocating to Minnesota and Mia Sweet in the leasing office has been nothing short of amazing. She is detail oriented and friendly. She also assisted us with getting what we needed for a rental verification with no fuss and went above and beyond in the help she offered. I had to complete the same process with our previous rental property in Littleton and the difference in customer service, prompt response, and friendly communication could not have been more different. "I have lived at DR Apartments for 3 years now. I recently needed to transfer into a smaller unit and Scott was so helpful, he made the process really smooth and easy. Neva is also so kind and easy to work with, the staff is really great here. Not to mention the views you get looking out of your window living so close to the Hogback. It is a great area and super dog friendly, the dog park and dog spa are great perks. There is a nice, quiet lake within a few minute walk next to the high school as well. Maintenance does a great job keeping up on everything, especially with the apartments being a tad older than all the new ones popping up in the metro area. It really gives it a warmer feel and you can tell the buildings have been well taken care of throughout the years. Whenever I need something fixed, maintenance is there within a couple of hours of my request. They also have done quite a bit of upkeep the past couple of years; new pavement on the parking lots, new paint on all of the buildings, renovations to the dog park, have put in EV Stations for those that have cars that need it, and much more. It is nice to know that their priority is keeping the complex up to date. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking. They have competitive prices compared to the apartments within the area, which you just can’t beat a great deal like that!"
