"This place is great. Apartments are spacious and well taken care of."
"What can I say? This place has been one disappointment after another, they charge outrageous "extra" fees,actually so many before you know it your monthly charges are always an extra $200/$500 a month! They charge for maintenance but so far this year we have had 4 snow days and only once have they shoveled and that was after 6PM. My heat has went out 3 times since moving in last July every time it takes days for a response and even more days for the repair to be done. I am so over it already I usually end up paying $2900 on a apartment I rented for 2595.00.. these apartments are nowhere near worth $2900 a month!"
