"This is an amazing place to live. From fantastic customer experience with Ashley, Jenn and the office staff to a top notch maintenance staff that have handled every work order I have ever had. This is a great place to live. The pool and amenities are always well kept and there is never an issue with trash. The staff really makes my living experience a great one. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and beautiful Hiline is definitely the place for you."

"If you want a tiny parking lot, with zero parking enforcement even though they make you pay for your space this is the place for you!!!! Ever had a 5 foot tall snow mound piled in front of your front door? Move here and you can enjoy that too!!! Neighbors that have four families in a 2 bedroom apartment and make noise until 1am regularly? Who wouldn’t love that. Did they just cancel our group rated renter’s insurance? Sure did. Seriously don’t move here. The only luxury available here is to greystar, because we keep paying to live in the hood."

"The lack of communication from the leasing office is absurd. We literally have cones around have the complex, preventing residents from parking in their space. Not even an email about the construction starting. The paper they did hand out, a week after the construction, stated that certain sections would get painted at certain dates. Well you can guess that didn’t happen. No updates on what’s going on. Amenities falling apart. Half the doors don’t even work on the building. Who would schedule pool renovations a month before the busy season ????? With the amount of technology, there is literally no excuse for not sending an email."
