"Absolutely most rundown apartments I have seen in a while, terrible for food deliveries. Guess new features include no signs, building numbers, or door numbers, they just tried to put a peice of paper as a solution, only though it's a-g. Probably stands for absolute garbage."

"Laundry machines don't work, laundry doors are often blocked. Condo contracts with towing company to tow cars from your privately owned spot if they are 1 month out of date on registration. Towing company ("Elite" Denver Towing) will belittle you, damage your property, and refuse to let you talk to anyone higher up. These spots are ours. I should be able to have an outdoor kitchen in it if I want. Neighbors are fine, condo and partners are goons. Don't give them your money."
