"This hotel was awful. I do not recommend it to anyone. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just a clean bed to sleep on for the night while my husband was at nearby hospital. The managers here were so rude. The bathrooms were dirty and didn’t even have hand soap. Had to use the body wash out of the shower to wash hands. The beds were dirty. Had to put jacket between head and pillow because of how gross it made me feel."
"Edit: They wrote the incorrect password for the wifi on my card. Stayed 2 nights. Doors don't have soft close, so you are awoken by banging at all times of night. Bathroom has no exhaust so it is always wet. Heater made awful noise, upon inspection the filter was completely clogged with dirt/dust. Pillows are the worst I have ever used, and I have never had a problem with a bed being comfortable at a hotel. I actually went out and bought my own pillow for the second night. USB charging ports are all broken. I wasn't planning on using the safe, which is good because it was locked with no key. I was willing to forgive all of this however, as the hotel had a hot tub and I was looking forward to using it the second night after I had skied all day. The water was lukewarm, at best. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed it, and I travel often."
"Check in was easy as it was late at night. Upon entering the room I was greeted with what could only be described as grandparent dust as the smell coming from the room. You get used to it quick but it isn’t pleasant. Room was very old. Brown and blood stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom (with broken floor tiles and ants), sandpaper sheets/covers. There appeared to be apparent mold in the shower. Pillows felt like tombstones. Parking was plentiful. Stayed for 5 nights, and for every single hour of my stay there was noise. During the evening it was loud neighbors screaming, and during the day it was loud housekeeping workers or construction on the roof. To say I got plenty of sleep would be laughable. Chose to get breakfast off site as breakfast and other parts of the property were littered with homeless. Despite having a late checkout I was being rushed out at 11am sharp by someone entering my room twice. Any attempt at assistance I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff. Trust me when I say that spending the little extra money for any other property will make you significantly happier."
"I’m not picky, so for just myself, this hotel would be acceptable. Fairly clean (with the exception of one pillow case), but quite rundown. No traffic noise at our end of the building, but plumbing/mechanical noise was loud. Our wing’s external door could not be opened with a room key. If the price were equal or lower, I might stay again, but only if traveling solo."
"Always a joy to stay at the Baymont. We have stayed many times over the past 5yrs. We have never had a bad experience. The owners and staff make us feel like family. The rooms are clean(great cleaning staff)....everything is always in working order and very homey and comfortable. If you need anything, the staff is beyond helpful to meet your needs and wants. I recommend this hotel giving it 5 out of 5 stars. They go the "extra mile " Travis and Wanda Johnson"
