"Working with management was a breeze, no hassle whatsoever. The owner is very nice, and takes care of residents here! These apartments are pretty convenient aswell, its walking distance to any bar or restaurant in town making any night out easy. I also work long shifts starting pretty early in the am and these apartments are always nice an quiet."

"They’ve taken to reporting Google comments that point out the unattractive, and unprofitable, truth. Bad ownership, bad management, AirBnbs are prioritized over residents… Do Golden and yourself a favor, do not rent here, do not AirBnb here."

"Stayed in a furnished rental in this building! Love the location of the property, the atmosphere (residents are so friendly, common areas kept clean) and the apartment is so cute! Communication is always prompt and kind."

I'm paying $1600 a month *after* negotiating the price down $200 (utilities not included!) for a place where the doors and windows don't seal and let tons of noise in, supplementing lighting with floor lamps is a requirement, the floorboards warp, there's no counter space, even the damn refrigerator is noisy somehow, and to top it off, I still need to pay for laundry for some insane reason."

"I've lived here at The Gold for 3 years now. The location is perfect if you're looking to live in a walkable community. There is always something to do, in every season. Walking to downtown Washington Ave. with great restaurants, shopping, etc. Parfet Park, to the left, often has community events. Golden Mill, to the right, is a great food hall/tap room to frequent. Clear Creek is against the back of the property which is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee. There are a few units that are Airbnbs, which isn't a disturbance at all, in fact it's neat to see where guests are traveling from just to visit Golden--they often say how lucky it must be to live in such a cool little place. The landlord is attentive and continues to make improvements based on residents' suggestions, i.e. more outdoor hangouts, community gatherings/events, and upkeep/modernizing of the property. It's a very safe place; children play in the courtyard and residents are respectful towards each other. Overall, great urban-ish living with all the perks!!"
