"For December I made a reservation at this hotel, but on the day of my arrival I had a very bad experience, the guy at the reception was very rude to us, we had to cancel everything and look for another option, it was in bad taste for me to treat and Judging people by their appearance, places like these should know how to choose service personnel. And on the other hand, they agreed to refund the payment and they didn't do it. What a shame that there are people with terrible service."

"The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable. What made my experience above average was the awesome, considerate, extremely professional clerk named Bobby. She was super quick with getting me checked in after I had a long day. She was super sweet, kind and professional and really made my stay memorable. Thanks for everything Bobby- I appreciate you more than you know!!!"

"Food hotel mini suite , check in vas fast and very friendly , Room with all commodities you can need. Full kitchen full with cooking utensiles, stove , dish washer , fridge,. Clean and ample Good sofa bed. Would recomnend. Breakfast is complementary and good"

"They need to do some serious maintenance on this property. The first room had so many things wrong, ie: shower door glass loose in the brackets, dishwasher not attached to the counter, garbage disposal leaks that I got a different room. And the shower floods in this one and doesn't drain. Lots of rowdy folks stay here, literally howling in the parking lot and honking the car horn at 2 am. I'll pass next time."

"My privacy was invaded and I was harassed by the staff of this place my first day moving into my room. I had my wife and 3 kids with me. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor. The manager at the time didn't know what she was doing and let the "residents" run the place, they ended up harassing me. We ended up moving from the main building to the second building and a maintenance man (Jonathan) opened my door without announcing himself didn't say anything and just walked away. Some of the "residents" decided that it would be a good idea to tell me that my wife was cheating on me and that 1 of my kids wasn't mine with her. The staff heard my private conversations and talked amongst themselves and some of these "residents" about what my conversations were about. I do not appreciate the invasions of Privacy and I do not recommend this place to stay. It is because of these people I will never visit Colorado and look at it the same again."
