Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Golden/Denver West 15059 West Colfax Avenue, Golden, CO 80401

"I can't express how much disgust I have for the company days inn and this location in general. I went here in August of 2016 on a business trip. I booked a room for the duration of my stay, which was some deal for 5 days. I get there after 1000+ miles on the road and attempt to check-in and some dazed and confused college kids behind the counter say my room isn't available anymore. Lol. Say what? Mind you that I already paid for the entire stay. That amounted to roughly $500. So I request a new room. They say the don't know if they can do it. I ask them to see what they can do, so they cancel my original reservation and say they can't book me another room... So they essentially stole $500 because they sure didn't refund it. I tried contacting their corporate office immediately after to no avail. No one could do anything. This is called GRAND LARCENY in the USA. But they get away with it because people are not filthy rich enough in general to legally pursue for a $500 loss. And the ones that are certainly aren't staying at days inn. Anyway, pretty egregious scenario here. If you've read this, you've been warned. Days inn will do what they can to rob you. Naturally, they have to make up for all those missing towels, right?"

"Had to stay here when a snow storm blew through Colorado on December 28th. The staff was very nice when we checked in, and talked to me girlfriend for a solid 3 minutes talking about the continental breakfast. When we got to the dining room at 7:30, ALL of the food was gone. They basically threw a pack of bacon on a hot plate and once it was gone. The woman working reception the next morning was also insufferable about the situation. Overpriced, rooms are dingy, and the snowplow that came out at 2am to clean their parking lot kept me awake for hours. The fan was also broken, and kept sounding like it was going to fall off of the wall."

"Truly wonderful place to spend my holiday with my son and my fiance. The staff were incredible, the room was lovely and omg the bed was an absolute dream. Oh and then they had a hot chocolate bar in the front that had whip cream marshmallow and all the fixings omg so good!!! And the breakfast was so good. Waffles with all the fixings eggs bacon halondaise sauce toast so good!! And they had a Starbucks coffee machine that was bomb! The place was quiet the rooms were warm the TV had good shows on. It was just a really great way to spend my holiday. Thank you!"

"We had to find a hotel in a hurry and they had rooms available for $125 a night. I mean it's not a 5 star place so don't expect that. But the bedding was clean and the rooms were okay. The carpet in the hallway definitely needed attention but if you just need a cheap place to sleep and don't need to spend a lot of time in your room, then this will work. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looked very clean and maintained. Great location for access to C470. There's a huge mall and a lot of places to eat right down the road. The complimentary breakfast was a 5/10 The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again in a pinch."

"It was okay. The staff were super nice though so five stars for them. The room was very very small and really needs some updates and upgrades. However I was extremely surprised how comfortable the bed and the pillows were. If I could rate the staff, the bed, and the pillows separately I would give them five stars. Everything else was okay. This is a pretty inexpensive hotel so you really get what you pay for"
