"I had a 9am appointment, I arrived 5 minutes early, No one in the office. I waited until 5 minutes after and still no one in the office, So I call and explain the situation and the lady says " It is only 6 minutes after 9 give them 30 more minutes " Not interested in wasting my time with an office that doest respect my time."

"I called to inquire about an upcoming apartment availability and asked about qualifications. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me the application fee is 65$ ok no problem but then she went on to say that u need to make 3x the rent and I stated that I had a voucher which my voucher would cover the rent. She then proceeded by saying that it doesn't matter u still need to make 3x the rent! Lady if I made 3x the rent I wouldn't be on section 8! And I tried to explain to her that you based my income on money that the voucher does not cover. She gonna say rudely no and then to find somewhere else to rent. Oh well the kitchen appliances are very outdated anyways."

"This is the best deal that can be found in this part of town. This is a huge amount of space for the price, this place is safe, quiet, and frankly I loved it. I had to move for work, but if I come back for work, I will 100% choose Columbine Meadows again, and hope to stay. The management is fantastic and friendly. This is a perfect community for a family. I will sincerely miss this place."

"Worst rip offs I've ever dealt with. They would do anything to keep your deposit. Do not trust them no matter what they say. Just thieves. I took excellent care of my place and told the manager I was moving when she called and answered an email. Then she claimed I had to put it on paper and turn in a letter AFTER the deadline had passed. When people take care of the property, have the decency to return their deposit. DO NO TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They have a number of lawyers on retainer so they can take every deposit they have, regardless."

"So we rented from them back in 2015. We loved the place but now 2020 I get a letter from a collection agency for 13.00! Never one phone call or letter from the place saying hey you owes us 13.00! The staff and owners are not trust worthy. The condos are beutiful for sure but be careful of the fake smiles and incompetence from them. Cross your t and dot your i with them. Luckly it was 13.00 and easy to pay off without damaging my credit. But this could have been easily fixed by a simple phone call or letter from Colombian Meadows but looks like they dropped the ball and forgot to tell someone. By a home if you can in Colorado. One of the best decision I ever made."
