"I have been living here for 3 months and I love it! It’s in such a great spot in Golden and is in a very walkable area. There are so many restaurants and events nearby and you can walk to so much. It’s right by Clear Creek which I love and is a great spot if you want to go walking, running, biking, etc. The views are amazing and the parking is free! They do different events at the apartment and put in the effort to make it a great place to live. Anytime I’ve needed help the the staff has been very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend!"

"I love it here. I moved from Boulder where I was paying more money for a smaller apartment with no amenities and horrible staff. It can be expensive but it's extremely competitive for renting in Golden, especially for it's location and the amenities that come with it. I have a corner apartment where I can look at the mountains when I eat breakfast every morning. I can see the dog park from my balcony. The dog wash is just below my unit. The community center is across the street. I have immediate access to the highway to go to work. Parking is NEVER an issue. Plenty of parking right outside the door. Downtown Golden is a block away. There's running trails right outside the door. North Table where I climb is 5min away. It's the best deal you can get for renting here."

"My husband and I lived at West 8th for a year on a corporate move, while our permanent home was being built, and by the end of our stay we were wishing we could live there forever. The location in downtown Golden is perfect: across the street from the Community Center (cheap swimming, yoga, and classes of all kinds), and an incredibly beautiful one-block stroll to Clear Creek, the library, and downtown Golden. Our dog was super welcome and the whole apartment community dog loving and friendly, with a dog park and grooming parlor on site. The apartment was well constructed, safe and quiet, with valet garbage removal, and cheap utilities. Our few maintenance issues were immediately addressed. The community rooms and gym are safe and clean, and we just really enjoyed living there."
