"this 5 stars goes out especially to their staff. And more specifically Daphne! When I first went down to renew my room, I first called down to the front desk because my phone was dead and so I called down down to see what time it was and she was super nice over the phone! when I went down to the desk there was someone she was already helping at the counter and the phone ringing off the hook, she kept so calm and collected and so polite the entire time. Daphne took the time , with everything else she had to tend too , to still acknowledge my presence! Everytime I have had an interaction with Daphne she has given great customer service and with a smile on her face! Not everyone can handle the pressure of high volume customer service and remain as collected and polite as Daphne , the Motel is lucky to have her!"

"I just wanted to say "thank you so much" to Shawn. He was so awesome to me when I checked in. I ended up calling him several times after checking in and he was so warm and responsive every time. He has really made my stay so enjoyable. I want to also give a shout out to Daphne. I decided to stay an additional night and she got me the additional night with a discount. The staff had made me stay most enjoyable. This is my second visit here and I want to give a shout out to the manager Fia. She was wonderful. A customer that checked in in front me was having issues and she got them resolved quickly and efficiently. She was very up front with me about my wait time for my room and made sure I was comfortable waiting. I LOVE that the staff us up front about tge resolution of any issues and makes sure that my stay is a good one!!"

"The front desk offers some of the best customer service. I’ve communicated with everyone but specifically Daphne, Shawn, Kori and Angel keep this place running! They have the best attitudes even under pressure. They are great people and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are having a nice stay! They have been so sweet to me and even my dog lol giving him little milk bones every now and then! I can truly feel the compassion from them! I’m glad to have met them. They put in hard work and I truly appreciate them for it! I pray they get a raise because they deserve it!"

"Only downside is no microwaves, But other than that was a FANTASTIC experience. Ms.daphne is an angel, very sweet lady. Whatever she’s getting paid is not enough, because her service goes above and beyond. (EDIT: Shaun was also a sweetheart. Funny and hospitable and makes you feel extremely welcome, Shaun is a fantastic employee, And it seems this hotel has pretty great staff all around"

"Just checked in and got to my room....Marcus at the front desk is awesome!!! My room is clean and there's no funny smell. Even tho this is a 2 star hotel it looks better than some 3 stars I've stayed in. will add more to the review after my stay I'd like to thank Marcus for putting me in this room! I really enjoyed my stay here. Television worked great and the channels had the shows I like. Relaxed in the tub and then took a nice Long shower which stayed hot all the way through. The room had a fridge which had ample room. The microwave was clean and worked fine.The heat kept the room nice and warm and it didn't smell musty like I've had happen at other places. Parking was fine, I parked where I could see my car and the nearest parked car was a few spaces away and not crowding me at all. They had coffee in the lobby in the morning and vending machines and there was a nice diner on the side of the parking lot. Also Applebee's and other places to eat within a short walking distance and gas stations very close. There were several employees at the front desk, they were all very nice, helpful and friendly. I know I'll be back in the near future."
