Upon being presented with a quality issue (pics too) - they all appeared incapable of understanding nor invested in following their own ‘policy and procedure’. The absence of integrity is tolerated incompetence was grand. However, they will encourage you to spend more of your time and energy and file a ‘useless’ claim. Your choice.
