"Super snarky and passive aggressive responses when responding to maintenance requests and have ignored my roommates and I multiple times when we’ve texted or called about series issues. Failed to reconnect the hose from our dishwasher to our sink when fixing our garbage disposal and this resulted in the room downstairs flooding and they took no accountability for the items that were damaged and tried to brush it off like it never happened. Been super frustrated with the management of everything and don’t want to submit maintenance requests anymore cause I don’t want to deal with their rudeness and passive aggressive comments."

"Lived here for two years with a locked in rent rate and now they’re raising it to $950 for a shoebox apartment because they believe their space is “competitive”. DO NOT RENT. there are cockroaches and they lie about spraying. Everything is damaged and falling apart. Rooms and small and the patio has had the same cushions for a million years. They do not have any amenities that would make it worth 950 for their cheapest apartment"

"Love the location. Move in was super easy! I had one question before moving in and management answered it right away."

"There's 2 things to know before you get an apartment here. First, remember it a complex for college students. As a result you get college kid problems (stolen mail, vandalism, etc). Our daughter has an apartment there and generally she likes it. 3-stars is the best I can give them for the units themselves. The second thing you need to know is the management of this complex is terrible. The will never answer their phone when you call and you better hope their voice mailbox isn't full. Also, we've had our automatic payment cancelled by them twice, the second time resulting in a $100 late fee and, because they don't answer their phone and their voice mailbox, is full I'm stuck waiting to hear back from them via email. 1-star is being generous here. Renters beware. Overall rating 2-stars."

"The owner of the property refused to give keys to the apartment we are paying for because she didn’t have five minutes to take out of her busy day. She slammed the office door on us when we asked why. Their is no way of reaching out to the management. Even when you do reach out, management is terrible at responding, their voicemail is always full, the landlord doesn’t responds to calls or phone call unless it’s about paying rent. They don’t care about you as a tenant, don’t recommend leasing with them."
