"The place is nice, people are nice, land lord is nice, it’s quiet, HOWEVER!!! The energy bill is always over 120 for 3 people (and we are all very energy conscious) To my knowledge there are 4 units paying this price every single month. For this past month it was over 170!!!!! Not the landlords fault, but people need to know this is how much they’ll be paying if they choose to live here. This also doesn’t not include water. So keep in mind your utilities have the chance to be over 200 dollars per unit a month. I even called the energy place to ask what was going on, they said it was most likely that the appliances were old, so it took more energy to use them."
