"I've been living here for a couple years now while Amy has been under management and just want to say I love living here because of her she is more the just a property management she makes this place feel like a community and constantly working hard to help the building out when my husband died she was one of my main supportors through that time. The grounds are kept clean. Kid friendly environment. They have holiday events and encourage residents to participate if their able. Maintenance does a good job at addressing my requests promptly. Great place to call home."

"This was my first ever apartment by myself and I absolutely adored it. I lived there for a year and would have signed another lease if I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend. Amy is such a wonderful person and is very professional in all ways. Maintenance crew is awesome and responds very fast to any complaints. Commute is very easy to about anywhere and court district is less than a block away (even with it being so close I never really did hear anything from the bars). One thing I will mention is the train that comes by can be a tad bit loud with the horn so wouldn’t recommend to someone with young kids or an infant but it’s an amazing place to live as a young adult!"

"I lived at Metro Lofts for two years and absolutely loved it. There was so much space, a beautiful view, and in a convenient location for a great price. I loved being walking distance to Court Ave and the skywalks in the winter(so helpful). If I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend I would’ve stayed because I truly loved my time there. The staff was always very attentive and quick with any maintenance issues(though there weren’t many). If you want a big space that is clean then Metro Lofts is a great option!!"

"Metro was a great place to live. Amy was always very responsive to any questions/concerns that I had, and was super friendly and professional. I had a maintenance request and it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I'd recommend to anyone looking to live downtown for a reasonable price."
