"Great experience so far! I was shocked at how clean it was! I ran my hand over the top of the fridge, on the ceiling fan, in the storage closet, and the highest shelves…. seriously not an ounce of dust/dirt was there! There were visible vacuum tracks on the carpet. It smelled like a fresh new home. Everyone has been extremely receptive and kind to any questions we may have. It’s so refreshing to have a company do their job and care about the satisfaction of their tenants. Definitely would recommend!"

"The worst renting company I have ever experienced. They take very long to respond to anything, especially maintenance requests. They also steal half of your security deposit and claim it was used on damages when in reality the apartment was spotless. We cleaned the carpet ourselves yet got a 255$ charge. They are sharks and pray on college students. Do not rent through prestige properties unless you want a year full of hassle and lies. They also do not follow the 24 hour notice when showing your apartment to future tenants. They would text us 10 minutes prior and tell us, not ask us. They would tell us they’re coming in even when the times did not work with our schedule. They do not care about you, and all they want is your money. WORST RENTERS EVER. Do not rent through them!"

"This is the best company to rent from in Iowa city period . I’m just starting out with Adulting and they have made moving in and out so much easier than other landlords. Laura is absolutely amazing and helps me with any issues that I have come up. This will be my second time renting from them this year. I cannot wait! They are very friendly with my ESA Lily, Lily absolutely loves them !"

"I lived in 310 N Clinton Street Apt 5 (which is absolutely adorable) with one of my best friends for a few years during undergrad. Prestige was constantly receptive to any feedback or concerns that arose for us as tenants. The property was secure and cleaned/maintained regularly. We requested a few amenities (i.e a deadbolt, a newer shower head, a garbage disposal..) and Prestige was quick and helpful in accommodating. Upon move out, the wonderful property manager Nina was willing to do a walk through with me before their final walk through to help us avoid any unnecessary charges on our security deposit. Overall Mike, Nina, Jake, and the whole staff at Prestige have been such a source of reliability within an otherwise hectic college life. Thanks, Prestige!"
