"I've been here for almost 7 months and have zero complaints! I absolutely love it here and it's a great first apartment Susan is the best and is very helpful with the younger people who are just getting started!"
"The new management is great. Recently I put-in an order to fix a hole in the ceiling. It was resolved quickly. There is never any problems with plumbing or electric. My neighbors are in retirement and are very quite. I have lived here for 2 years now and have never seen anything sketchy so the area is very safe. The apartments are also situated next to Family Fare so I can walk to get my groceries. And my favorite part is that the rent is cheap. I plan on living here for at least another couple of years."
"I have lived at South Park three times in my life. As a teenager, sharing space with a father like figure in my life & again as an adult with my husband and daughter. We have a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath that has more space than most! My family has found solace in this property. I have never had a bad neighbor, and never felt uncomfortable. The staff here are my FAVORITE and really go above and beyond to keep the property upkept. I have found home here, so much so, that I moved out at the end of my lease and ended up back here only 2 months later. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, upkept, and affordable place to live."
"Lived here for a year it was actually pretty nice. One big issue is there isn’t really any security and people’s cars and garages were getting broken into. My catalytic converter got stolen even lol. As well the parking isn’t the best. I don’t know if the policy is still the same but you have to move your car every 72 hours or they will tow it. Another thing I didn’t like is that I was told normal wear and tear doesn’t count as damage like paint chipping or nails. But they charged me 2$ for every single mail hole they found (even some that were noted and there before I moved in) other than that maintenance was very quick! Which I appreciated. There was one older man who would just barge into your apt which I hated cause I wouldn’t know when they were coming and I’d sometimes be half dressed. You can also hear through the walls - my neighbor had kids and you could hear all the yelling and banging on the walls. The neighbors below me smoked so I could smell it every-time I opened my window. Would give a 3.5 out of 5 if I could . To note management changed a few months before my lease ended and the new manager was way better then the last."
"Lived here for 3 years back in 2014-2017. Was a good place for the price. Office staff was nice and helpful. When maintenance was needed it did get taken care of quickly. The insides of the apartment was nice and clean and no real damages when I moved in. They are spacious and look nice. The only negative thing I can say is that it does need rennovating and updating. (Refering to the outside and hallways) Which seems to be slow progress but they started to fix up and replace the roofing/siding the year I moved out. Looked them up recently and did start replacing some of the hallway carpet and are talking about replacing the old ugly hallway wall papers too. So some progress is being made. And the insides of the apartments are still nice. Would definitely consider it again for it being cheaper then alot of places around. Oh side note for those who care for it. They do not have garbage disposals or at least not in the units I have seen. I personally hate garbage disposals so this is a plus in my book. Garbage disposals are loud and the thought of something that can crush bones scares me."
