Brand new apartments, quiet, very safe, friendly neighbors, amazing amenities and wonderful location. The property management is top notch. "I lived here for the last few years of medical school and had an absolutely lovely experience. My apartment was very comfortable, the community is super friendly, I always appreciated how well-maintained the lounge spaces were, and when I (rarely) had maintenance requests the staff were incredibly prompt and effective in their responses. It was very easy to communicate with admin as well, what a nice team. Genuinely no complaints, would gladly live here again."

"I LOVED living at Broadmoor63. The apartment itself was gorgeous and filled with natural light - I rarely had to turn on a light if the sun was up. I also appreciated having my own assigned and covered parking space. Finally, words cannot begin to express how delightful the entire staff is. From move-in to move-out (and even after), they consistently went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I had planned to renew my lease for a third year, and only moved away because I had to leave the state due to my job. I'll miss living there for sure!"

"I lived at Broadmoor63 for a year and had a wonderful experience. Neighbors are friendly (we say hello or nod to each other in passing), the grounds are well maintained, front office staff is very friendly and helpful (Tessa and Josh go out of their way to help residents), and the apartment itself was lovely. Within walking distance to Stinson park and the Aksarben area, it’s in a great location. The building is secure and safe. Anytime I had a maintenance issue (which honestly is very rare!), staff were there to assist within the day. I can’t sing enough praises about how incredible the management and maintenance teams are here. Broadmoor63 takes care of their residents, and I was sad to leave this community when I moved out of state. Would 10/10 recommend!"
