"Do not rent here. I’ve lived here for 3 years and experienced bed bugs, roaches, ant infestations, mold and now rats. The ceiling has leaked water all over my furniture because the roofs need to be repaired. There’s crackheads breaking into cars and into apartments. There are zero amenities, the laundry facilities are always broken, and the landscaping isn’t well kept so it looks like a dump. The management tries their best but this place is freaking gross. They think because they paint the walls and add carpet that fixes something. The only benefit is that it’s cheap. Please rent somewhere else or you’ll be sorry like me."
