"They do not give proper notice before entering apartments. It is not difficult to send an email or phone call notifying residents of planned maintenance such as filter changes. It’s lazy, rude, and unprofessional. Nebraska law requires 24 hour notice for entry, this apartment complex does not value the privacy or safety of their residents."

"I have lived at Hello for the past few months and everything has been fantastic. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help when needed. They know me by name and always say "Hello" to me and my dog when we pass by. The building is well maintained and always clean. The units are clean and well maintained too. They also offer great amenities like coworking areas, a coffee bar, and gym. Being right in the middle of Millwork commons is a huge perk of living at Hello. Great restaurants bakeries, and coffee shops just a few steps outside your door. I highly recommended taking a look at Hello Apartments! You wont be disappointed!"

"The apartments and all of the staff here are amazing. The mail room, coffee shop area, and the study rooms are awesome. The staff are patient and willing to work with you at times. Only thing I would have to say is make sure to get a garage parking spot. While there is security that drives through the parking lot often anything can happen."

"We rented the Hello apartments for a 13 month lease. My daughter moved out bc college ended and wanted to come home for summer. Our leases ends September 3rd. We still pay monthly for the apartment. My daughter brought her keys to Hello apartment and asked for them to hold them until end of lease bc she didn’t want to lose them. I called at the beginning of August to grab the key from the leasing office and they said I can’t enter my apartment that I’m renting and paying for monthly bc my daughter turned in her key. Also they rented it out to someone else without my knowledge. We have never done a walk thru of the apartment for end of lease like stated. Never told me the lease is now over however I am still paying monthly for the apartment. This apartment is a scam and would never rent from them again. Thief’s. Isn’t this against the law. Pretty sure it is."

"The management is responsive and are very active in the apartment and district. The building is kept extremely clean and I have had very few problems that have required maintenance. For the problems that did require maintenance, the staff is easy to work with, friendly, and quick. The abundant parking behind the building is another huge plus."
