"I'm not impressed. The website has no photos of staged units, just a 3D sketchup floorplan. There's no current list of available units, which floorplans, or what floors/direction that they're facing. These units may be desirable for locals, but as someone from another state here working in the medical field–15 hour days at times ... This doesn't meet my needs at all. The website descriptions are overly hyped. "Luxurious tile floors in the bathrooms" ... What's luxurious about a cold floor to walk on when heading in to shower when you've just woken up? Sure, throw down some rugs, well guess I won't be enjoying the luxury then either. Luxury is HEATED tile flooring. There's no way I'd live in these buildings lol."

"These are brand new apartments in a great location. However, for the price and it being newly constructed, the quality is just make up coverage. They have had issues with the plumbing. The gym is tiny, honestly only two people would want to be in there at same time. Walls are thin and extraloud from the laminate. The parking is outrageous, either $120 or no parking at all. You might as well live downtown and get a good gym, view, and parking."

"The management changes more often than weather in Omaha. no one has any idea what goes on. the rents are much higher than other places but do not provide any amenities or even services to match. they take advantage of you due to the proximity to UNMC."

"Cool new apartments in a great area. Its a very small complex with a small amount of apartments, but quite nice. There aren't many amenities, but it's so close to everything, you can just walk."
