Background came back OK, credit score is high, but because my landlord (where I lived for 12 years) would not return their call they insisted on a cosigner, which IMO is unnecessary. A waste of my time and money and I didn't even get to third base. But if they are going to treat me this way on the app they may have done me a favor."

"Dust mites. Ventilation system full of dust mites due to poor ventilation of laundry room. Mites are a problem throughout, but especially basement level. Mites so abundant that you can see them. ( You are not supposed to see dust mites because of their miniscule size ) Also, sever plumbing problems. Water grew into a bubble under ceiling drywall. Instead of maintenance replacing plumbing, only repaired or patched the drywall. Never addressed the real problems. Management changed 3 times in 1 year."

Appliances were up to date. The brick building was solid in storms. Only issue was they withheld 20% of damage deposit upon move-out although I left the apartment meticulously clean."
