"One of my favorite apartment. Management are very friendly. Care taker specially Hunter is amazing person. Unfortunately, have to Move out today from such beautiful place. Haven't faced any issue during my lease period. Maintenance on time. You wouldnt even need maintenance. A little costlier but other than that everything is amazing. Soecially, in summer its the best place to hang out in pool, fire pit, Grill and all. Thank you zag for having me. Thank you for all your service."

"Very bad apartment. Neighbors are all college kids so it’s always loud parties and music. Vomit and spilled milk were all over the hallways all the time. The trash rooms are way too tiny to throw anything way so people just throw things in the room and they get disgusting. Management is constantly sending out emails for people not following any rules but they never get kicked out because management doesn’t actually have the authority to do that, they have to wait from corporate. Parking is a mess the lots are constantly overflowing into the streets. Sometimes people park just in the middle of the streets. If you’re not a college kid with rich parents you have no reason to live here."

"Management only cares about themselves, not individual residents. They refused to negotiate rent renewal terms, sighting “market rates” for the $100+/month rent increase. Upon move out, expect to lose at least $100 of your deposit to carpet shampoo and OPPD fees that are “standard at move out” for everyone. Also now the hallways look like a compound because they made everyone get rid of their doormats. Glad I got out and I will not be renting from Bluestone or ZAG again"

"This is a great, new apartment complex. It’s very modern and has nice amenities. The leasing staff are friendly. The common areas are gorgeous. The finishes in the units are top notch and look amazing. It’s such an artistic, well-done property. I love it! Plus, it’s right in the middle of Midtown, Aksarben, and Dundee."
