"Very nice lofts with a range of different floor plans. Very friendly and easygoing property management team. Rates are reasonable. Pros: small community, temperature regulation is pretty efficient, wood floors, concrete/stone kitchen islands, balcony views of OM, high ceilings, ability to pay rent and make maintenance requests online, natural lighting. Cons: low quality laundry appliances and folding doors on closets (break often), walls may be a bit thin for some people, garage entry is way to steep for even some normal sporty cars (you will bottom out), garage rates a bit steep, extremely slow elevator."
