"I was recieving treatment at Inroads Recovery Next Door to this Apt Complex. There were Transients hanging out at the Garbage Can & harrasing the people at Inroads. I was unable to walk over & confront them as i was in Treatment. I called the management and left a message about this & i walked over when i got out just to see who these people were. They all hid in those delapidated garages in the back. Itried to tell the management but NO LUCK..! So Beware this is Not a Respectable Place."

"They have garages, and a small parking lot, their office is hard to find, and if your looking to rent youll have to fill out an application and as of this moment be put on a waiting list for a few months"

"Trash everywhere. I called over 1 week ago and was told someone would be out. It’s gross and embarrassing. Apartment on the side of the building looks nothing like the front. The rails are loose. No salt on parking lot it’s like a ice rink. Steps covered in ice. No pest control for months. Most of the lighting in garage area are out. I have pics from 6:30am this morning of what I see when I come down from the second floor."

"I lived here for just over 2 years (2013-2015). I miss the trees that used to cover the benches - they were nice to sit and read under in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Decent place - the other tenants are great, the water heaters are slightly lacking, the price is great, and just like everywhere else, so long as you follow the usual precautions you'll find it a safe place to live (many of the other tenants help keep an eye on things as well). If you're looking for a reasonable place at a reasonable price then take a look."
