"Everything had been great the last few years until the switch to PJ Morgan as the property manager. We went from dedicated hours and an on-site Manager to rarely anyone being in the office. This made it very challenging to communicate with someone as we had previously been accustomed. While this is a nice building, my maintenance issue resolution was unacceptable. The Property Manager failed to respond to my countless emails and inquiries seeking resolution. After multiple attempts to obtain an answer, he finally replied that he was moving on from our building. He copied the new Manager and said my concerns would be addressed the following day. The new manager did as his predecessor and continued to ignore me. He never replied to my emails regarding my maintenance issue. This issue caused me to have to pay for a hotel for a night. My concerns were never listened to or addressed. It's rather frustrating as a resident to be ignored and have absolutely no response from the management company. This wasn't an issue under Lund, and I have no confidence that anyone will work to communicate with me or discuss my concerns. The only people who listened and shared any empathy was the maintenance team. They at least understood and agreed with me concerning the unresolved issue."

"Has been a great complex for the last year awesome property manager and awesome maintenance, but in June 2023 they changed management to a total joke of a company. There is no property manager on site, there is nobody to make general complaints to, you call PJ Morgan and its a receptionist that just transfers you to VM. There is no way of knowing your residents or knowing what is actually going on at the property on a day to day basis with remote management. Its crazy how quickly a place can go down the drain. My wife and I signed our lease renewal just a couple weeks before PJ Morgan took over as we had no idea there would be a change from Lund Company, and we now seriously regret it. If you were thinking about leasing here I would reconsider until this new management contract is up."

"We recently moved out of Capitol Place apartments because we had to move for the military, but we absolutely loved living there and were sad to leave! They are in the perfect location in downtown Omaha (Capitol District) where you can walk to the river, restaurants, CHI Health Center, and the CWS stadium. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and have great amenities, and the staff was always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend living here!"
