"Maintenance entered my Mothers apartment without consent. Management tried to say protocol was followed to cover up the unlawful entry.Detectives advised to file a civil suit after viewing video footage. Corporate has yet to reach out to apologize, and side stepping accountability, by being evasive and not reprimanding their employee for his actions. This should have NEVER happened under any circumstances! Completely unacceptable,and quite disconcerting!!!!"
