"I originally was so excited to move into this complex. Until I called and began my experience with a woman named Jane. I have live in many different apartments in a couple different states and have NEVER experienced a leasing agent like this. She was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and acted like answering questions was a hinderence to the better things she could be doing with her day. The almost 2 weeks I had to wait to view the property I was never told there was no leasing office onsite. That information came the day of my appt. When I called to ask where it was I was informed I would have to drive to another location, fill out paperwork, then go back to the site to view. The day of the appointment I dealt with Michele, who was personable. Upon getting to the office I quickly learned the unit I had waited to view had been rented already!!! What?!? I was told my appointment to view was the first available??? Disappointed. But I viewed a different unit. 2 days later I went back to fill out an application to rent. They took the deposit at that point stating it would take 3-5 days to approve. Seemed excessive but ok. They said if they took longer than 5 days to approve me and I had a change of heart they would keep ALL MY MONEY! This was a red flag but I thought why on earth would it take 5 days let alone longer. In a not so shocking twist come day 5 I had heard nothing..... I worked all day that day and it was 5pm....still nothing. So I called. Jane answers. As I begin to ask how the process is going, she barked at me. Began to argue with me about how they just got all.my info. I said ok so does the 3-5 days start now? Are you going to deny me and keep my money because I don't just have hundreds of dollars to throw away. She Was soooo snarky, bitter and plain out rude. Like me asking about my application was interrupting her day. I hung up but then quickly called back and told her I just wanted my money back because if she was going to be so rude, disrespectful and argumentative just as an applicant I can't imagine how I would be treated as a tenant. Truly disheartening to have someone like.that be the face of your company and to also make it so hard for a good renter such as myself have such a hard time finding a nice place to live."
