"2/24 This area has been increasing in car break-ins and stolen vehicles. Packages and other items have been stolen from doorways at an alarming rate. Lund Company (the management) has been slow to respond. I would wait for measures to be taken before you move in. 5/23 Great place to live. Maintenance is on top of most requests. The prices are the best for the value of space."

"My husband and I have lived at parkwood terrace for about three years now. We have enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, generally polite and friendly neighbors, very kind and helpful maintenance staff and the large apartments. The location is great being near 90th and dodge getting anywhere in town is super easy as dodge expressway or the interstate are close to easily access but far enough that you hear minimal traffic noise. I have not apartments if this size in this price range anywhere else definitely worth checking out."
